1210 Long Beach Blvd

Philly Capital Group Announces New Construction in the North Beach Haven neighborhood of Long Beach Township in Long Beach Island New Jersey.

PCG has closed on 1210 Long Beach Blvd and has begun construction on its latest luxury beach townhome project on the border of Long Beach Township and Beach Haven, NJ.

PCG’s approach to building well-designed and thoughtfully executed real estate continues with the North Beach Haven Luxury Beach Townhomes. The project will consist of two beautifully designed side-by-side 3-story townhomes boasting close to 2,500 square feet. The properties also include ample storage, and close to 1,000 square feet across multiple decks and rooftop space with extraordinary 360 views of the bay, ocean, and Beach Haven Proper. The homes will feature 3 bedrooms, 1 flex bedroom/den/office suite, 4 full bathrooms, and an expansive and open living / dining / kitchen area on the upper floor. In addition, the homes will feature a private swimming pool, rooftop deck, a private elevator, dedicated parking spots, and more. The mixed-use property will also offer two street-level commercial condos for sale at roughly 600 square feet each. Perfect spaces for a small professional office or a boutique art gallery with premium visibility along the primary corridor of Long Beach Blvd. The lot will include a total of 9 parking spots.

Long Beach Township is a coastal barrier island resort community in Southern New Jersey and the largest community on Long Beach Island. The project sits specifically within the neighborhood of North Beach Haven, NJ, a town just adjacent to Beach Haven proper. North Beach Haven offers a peaceful residential area with a short walk to both the bay and the beach. The beaches are some of the finest in the state for swimming and sunny summer days. The project sits at an excellent location, just a stone’s throw from Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and all of Beach Haven’s finest attractions.

The Hopkinson at 18 W. Main Street Bound Brook, NJ

PCG continues construction just one block from the Bound Brook Train Station on a 64-unit multifamily mixed-use apartment building called The Hopkinson. The location at 18 West Main Street in Bound Brook, New Jersey provides easy access to regional transportation, major employment centers, and nearby lifestyle amenities.

The Hopkinson Project is a 0.86-acre development site designed to be a five-story building with 70 ground-level semi-covered parking spaces. The unit mix will include 52 one-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units for a total of 64 apartments. The first floor includes 2,000 sqft of commercial space which will ideally be leased to a business that adds value to the greater Bound Brook community.

The nearby Bound Brook Train Station services the Raritan Valley Line and provides transportation to Manhattan in ~60 mins. The Hopkinson will provide quick access to top-tier retail, restaurants, and a well-established regional employment center.

The Hopkinson is named after Francis Hopkinson, a delegate to the Congress from New Jersey and a signer of the Declaration of Independence who is also accredited with designing the original Betsy Ross Flag. The flag was first officially raised in 1777 by General Washington in the Camp of the Continental Army at Bound Brook.

The building has been planned with thoughtful design elements, best-in-class amenities, and a focus on convenient living. PCG is working closely with a skilled architect to ensure design elements are in harmony with that of existing buildings in the Bound Brook community.

Penn Reading Site Tour - 2046 E. Lehigh Ave - Kensington, Philadelphia

Progress continues at the Penn Reading on Lehigh Ave in Kensington, Philadelphia! The building's name, The Penn Reading, was chosen to reflect the neighborhood's rich history which was once an essential location to the Philadelphia & Reading Railroad Company (P&R). P&R’s service traveled directly through Lehigh Ave. and it also maintained several rail depots and warehouses in the area, one of which was directly behind the site of this project. The noticeable curvature of the building and retail storefront, designed by @AmbitArchitecture, serves as an homage to the railway roundhouse once located at the Port Richmond terminal.
